LEARN TO MAKE PERFECT GNOCCHI WITH RAGAZZI
Judging by all of the sourdough we’ve seen across Instagram lately, we might have been the only ones to be caught short in the flour department over the last few weeks. But panic buying seems to have somewhat abated and we’re celebrating that by expertly throwing together batches of beautiful, soft gnocchi, as guided by the go-to pasta expert in our lives, Scott Williams.
Scott is the chef behind one of Sydney’s most beautiful and delicious wine bars, Ragazzi, a place that’s high on our list of locations to visit once lockdown is over. We’re also quietly working on a plan to bring Scott to the studio for an in person masterclass one day – stay tuned!
